In my 25+ years of mental health experience and spiritual seeking, I’ve learned that individuals have a deep desire to feel connected, to love and be loved, and to experience freedom and joy.
Personal and intergenerational trauma, old narratives and conditioned responses can lead us to feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, loneliness, low self esteem, inauthenticity, disconnection and prolonged suffering.
It’s my intention to offer paths to healing and optimal living. The paths presented will be based on your natural tendency toward well-being, your personal preferences, and my therapeutic approach based on unconditional presence, active listening and evidenced based clinical approaches combined with my clinical intuition.
